“I have fallen in love with the Saturday yoga class...This class is the perfect way to start your weekend- peaceful, grateful, centered, and loosened up. The instructor Mary Beth is heaven sent! She really has a talent as a yoga instructor. She can get her class focused and in the zone in a matter of seconds, her commentary is uplifting! The class itself is the perfect balance of meditative and challenging. I cannot ask for anything more for this class.“ ~ MA

Practicing 108 sun salutations is an age-old yoga practice to honor special occasions, especially the changing of seasons.
In 2020, we’ll hold these practices starting at 3pm on a Saturday near each Equinox and Solstice to welcome the change of seasons.
Join us for any or all of them. You move with your breath and rest as you need to. The magic is in the journey, not the destination.
Summer Solstice – Saturday June 20th
Fall Equinox – Saturday Sept 19th
I loved this morning's practice. The sound of everyone breathing together was lovely. It was a pleasure to be in everyone's company. I don't think I would have trusted anyone else to lead such a strenuous practice; as always, I continue to be impressed by your generosity and largeness of spirit.” ~ MB
in the comfort of your own home via Zoom (but there are plenty of breaks so we aren’t zooming all day!)
I’m teaming up with my friend and nutritionist-extraordinaire, Mary Sheila Gonnella (the only MSG that is good for your health :-))
We’ll begin the day with a yoga class designed specifically to benefit your bones. Learn safe and supportive techniques for building strong bones with yoga.
We’ll be cooking together in real time. You’ll learn new delicious recipes and preparation techniques that will keep your food nutrient dense and bone protective.
We’ll end the day by diving into the science of what your bones really need, which is more than just calcium, and give you the foundation to nourish your bones with confidence.
Come away with renewed inspiration, clarity, and confidence.
Come prepared to move, breathe, and eat! All level yogis welcome.
A 6 Week Course for Better, Stronger Bones
Starting September 8th.
This course is for those who understand that aging, stress and hormonal changes affect the bones, but want to understand what they can do and how to support those systems for optimal bone health, and optimal aging.
Maintaining strong bones is more than a lack of dietary calcium. It is a combination of hormones, internal signaling, and nutrients that work synergistically to create a strong foundation for your bones. Bone health is a window into our overall health.
The 5 Pillars of Bone Health will give you the tools and support to take action and address your health goals with a whole body approach.
You are the expert on your life. Sometimes you just need to work one-on-one with a dedicated ally to help you recalibrate your well-being and reach your goals.
Private sessions are available to those of you who are interested in receiving one on one assistance in your yoga practice or in reaching specific wellness goals.
Let’s schedule a quick 1:1 call to chat about what you need and how I can support you.
You gain empowerment over your health to move forward with confidence and vitality.
What is it that you see for yourself and yet you can’t quite reach by yourself?
Schedule a call with me here to discover if working together would help you get there.
Mary Beth’s services meant so much more to me than just another opportunity to get my diet on track. I came to her with complaints of digestive issues, and left feeling that my soul had been nourished. She is artful in her ability to offer compassionate and informed guidance while holding space for the necessary modifications and changes that inevitably occur along one’s health journey. For those seeking positive holistic growth to their nutritional foundation, I strongly urge you in the direction of Mary Beth.
Mary Beth is an amazing functional nutritionist and healer. She has helped me approach food and nutrition in a very supportive and non-judgmental way. Her integrated coaching style is very concise and filled with great advice, references to timely articles, and helpful sharing of her own extensive knowledge of nutrition and healing therapies such as yoga. With her guidance, I have learned to easily incorporate great menu ideas, sound nutrition, and self-care into my busy schedule
I'm in a mop up phase with the cancer. My last session of radiation is Wed. Yay! I'm experiencing deep empathy for microwaved chicken. All the wonderful care you took in teaching me the series is really paying off. You've given me so much help and so much great food for thought. It has sustained through this summer.
