Practicing 108 sun salutations is an age-old yoga practice to honor special occasions, especially the changing of seasons.
In 2020, we’ll hold these practices starting at 3pm on a Saturday near each Equinox and Solstice to welcome the change of seasons.
Join us for any or all of them. You move with your breath and rest as you need to. The magic is in the journey, not the destination.

Join me for a longer practice session designed for dedicated students to practice the full Primary Series sequence.
We’ll take time to focus on and fine-tune some of the challenging elements to deepen your practice of ujjayi breath, bandhas, drishti, asana, and vinyasa.
You will leave with new insights and useful tools for your personal practice.
You are the expert on your life. Sometimes you just need to work one-on-one with a dedicated ally to help you recalibrate your well-being and reach your goals.
Private sessions are available to those of you who are interested in receiving one on one assistance in your yoga practice or in reaching specific wellness goals.
